The WKND

January 16-19 @ EPBC

The WKND is an overnight weekend event at EPBC for students currently in 6th-12th grade! If you're familiar with a D-Now this is basically that! If you're not familiar, think summer camp at EPBC during the winter! There will be 4 primary worship sessions throughout the weekend that will feature biblical teaching, God-centered worship, and opportunities to respond to the gospel. The rest of the weekend will have a great deal of fun acitivites to give students a time to relax and take a break from the grind of the school year!

Register by December 29th to guarantee your spot and t-shirt!

Info on The WKND

Where is The WKND taking place? What are host homes?
The WKND will primarily take place at East Paris Baptist Church. Students will stay at host homes over night based on their age and gender (example: high school guys will have their own house). Host homes are homes owned by members of East Paris who have donated their homes to our students for the weekend. Each home will have at least 2-3 approved adult workers from East Paris. Decisions on where each group will stay will be made closer to the start date. All addresses and contact information will be given to parents at or before checkin.
Who is the speaker and band?
Cameron Crow will be the session speaker during The WKND. He is the student pastor at FBC Farmersville in Farmersville, TX. He and his wife have written the Sprouting Discipleship book that many of our students went through over the summer.

The Trent Murray Band will be leading the music portion of the worship during The WKDN. The Trent Murray Band is based out of North Texas. Trent is the associate pastor of students & worship at FBC Iowa Park in Iowa Park, Texas.  Trent Murray has led at East Paris for Winter Retreat 2025 and Genesis Weekend 2023!
